Pros
- I love the challenges we are tackling within the ML team - Great colleagues in the tech department - No turnover within our team and overall low turnover in the tech teams - Manageable workload and good work-life balance - Good compensation compared to the market rates in Denmark - Lots of open discussions about employee happiness within the company and taking the temperature with everyone every month
Cons
- Salary reviews are not negociations and some company processes are a bit rigid - Some turnover in other teams
