      Pros

      LabCorp is a great company to work for. Their benefits are good and they try to take care of their employees.

      Cons

      The hours are not work, life balance. I wish they look more into the scheduling and make it 1 shift vs staggered shift. There is a lot of favoritism going on.

      Computer is not patient or phlebotomist friendly being sick is used against you 30 years senority mean nothing high cost insurance not appreciated not heard vacation request requirement not really fesable
