Pros
Relative stability, company financials look good, near term outlook is positive, well established diagnostics company with a large number of contracts, decent work/life balance
Cons
Poor transparency into decision-making, everything is topped down, lots of red tape, outdated engineering practices, lots of legacy systems, both in production and for internal processes, poor integration of new acquisitions, basically an IT support shop not an engineering organization, not innovative
