      Toxic Work Environment with Poor Management

      Pros

      A few coworkers are supportive, and the role itself can be meaningful when it’s focused on patient care

      Cons

      Pay is poor for the amount of work expected, and staffing is inadequate, leaving employees overworked and burnt out. Management creates a toxic environment with favoritism, bullying, and dishonesty. Certain managers in particular foster hostility instead of teamwork, and it makes the workplace stressful and unhealthy. Communication is almost nonexistent, and concerns are dismissed rather than addressed.

      Pros

      Great team, management, and lab. I really enjoy what I'm doing here at the lab. Time goes by pretty fast because of the busy work. There are plenty of chances to move up or transfer temporarily train at a different state to train other accessioners if you wanted to.

      Cons

      Health care benefits are a bit more costly than other labs that I've worked at. Please send us more microwaves for our break room (Riverside, CA)! :)
