Pros

Very low proc rate. I can draw blood with my non dominate arm as well. I've done many split shifts for LabCorp. I've traveled a lot for LabCorp. Sometimes 2hrs in a single day. I go above and beyond. In so much that Advanced Cardiology only wants me to be their tech and no one else. They love having me as their tech. I take out Advanced Cardiology's trash and boxes to the dumpster for them. I do deep dives to ensure the very rare specialty tests are done exactly the way the doctors want them since these test codes are rarely given. And when PTs want a curtesy copy sent to another doctor I make sure to put it in the system and make an additional attachment,. Which makes the PTs very happy😁I also cover Rowan OB/GYN at night when ask at the Sper of the moment. I'm very willing to go above and beyond for my supervisor. I stayed on the clock even though I pulled a muscle around my ribcage and I was struggling to breath; it was hard to keep my asthma under control...I didn't want to inconvenience LabCorp by leaving. So I went to the hospital after my shift.

Cons

speed even though I've done a 25 PT volume IOP by my self.

Pros

The communication is great and the team is very supportive and I feel comfortable with every co-worker here with LabCorp's. I have also experience a great wok flow and have notice that it has given me the best experience so far.

Cons

My Cons are very few but I have notice that during the training receiving the log-in's takes a little longer because I'm not sure if It's due to not being signed of on the skills or that it just takes a while to be processed in the systems. I'm also noticing that I will have to wait 1 min to log-in the LabCorp side and 2 mins to log-in the workday site to clock in.
