They keep hiring people when they have displaced workers already and instead of placing their displaced workers who got displaced into another position they will keep you on and not move you into something that they have readily available already. Management doesn’t have your back & they have no real safety precautions in place for employees and allow patients to be physically and verbally aggressive as well as racist.
