      A few great perks but very minimal on Diversity

      Pros

      Flexible Time Off is great. Benefits are average and working remotely is Awesome! Continuing education is also encouraged and allowed.

      Cons

      To be such a large company there are very few Black employees in management. The company does not demonstrate that diversity is valued. The company often demonstrates promotion discrimination as well.
