      A lot of recent changes to processes and systems in the department. Management does not always consider the impact of changes and employee morale.

      Pros

      The training plan was comprehensive and clear. Team was good to work with. Good line management. Fully remote based.

      Cons

      Unclear communications from upper management in central labs, corporate propaganda spin on all news. Lots of employees taken on during covid and business couldn't keep up so many were then layed off. Poor pay relative to competitors.
