Relatively easy onboarding, welcoming environment, very good benefits, training modules for ease, very good management in terms of supportive nature
Cons
Training needs to be improved in terms of collaborative measures to ensure the employee fully grasps concepts. Too much heavy security to gain access to systems to start training, creates lag times to critical training periods.
