      Lots of OT available at good pay, company covers all costs of qualification courses, clear corporate structure. Diverse and inclusive. Good training

      Free food occasionally, adjustments to salary offered when met requirements, very understanding of family commitments.

      Cons

      Overtime, salary does not match the job at times, little work life balance, training for additional skills rarely happens
