Pros
I am very thankful to be part of this great company. Since I started, I’ve had the chance to work with a wonderful and supportive team. Every day is an opportunity to learn something new, grow professionally, and contribute with motivation and care.
Cons
Like any new experience, there are also some challenges. One of them is remembering how to use the different platforms for benefits, training, and payroll. Sometimes I think it would be easier if everything was in one system. But I believe that, little by little, I will get to know each platform better and learn how to use them more easily
