      Diverse workplace, but not a lot of room for growth or lateral transition.

      Pros

      - All remote (no commute) - Use latest tech stack and tools (Svelte, MacBook Pro) - Diverse global teams that are willing to work together

      Cons

      - No way to switch teams (hiring freeze since March of last year, no new positions that align with my skills) - No financial assistance for trainings & certifications (my last job did that) - They lowered the salary range for bands after I was hired, so no annual increase and small bonuses (if any) - My manager doesn't hold 1:1s with team members and sometimes has me do them instead
