Remote work, but you will have lot of tools on your laptop tracking your activity and performance.

Cons

Low salary, below average on the market. Lack of trust and respect. Micromanagement Tracking tools and employee monitoring /BossWare/ Using AI is mandatory. Stress /on technical teams/ Low IT culture Delayed salaries - Almost at the middle of the next month No real growth. Which growing are your responsibility only. False promises Low Job Security Hypocrisy daily information blackout besides corporate propaganda Keeps losing customers The company is under SEC investigation.

Cons

No salary hikes from last three years Company is not doing great as business Management is pathetic Typical D tier non technical management who just waste time on calls without any resolution Discrimination between indian employees and foreign like foreign employees gets more benefits like cell phone but Indians dont Very bad medical insurance and other benefits
