Its great to hear you would recommend working for Kraken - especially the point on learning opportunities, this is something we are really keen to encourage, every opportunity is a moment to get feedback and learn from this. I would also agree we are a super friendly bunch!
Thank you for your feedback. We believe that Kraken pays fairly when you start with us, by fair we mean you could get paid more for the same role elsewhere, but you could also be paid less. We don’t compete on salaries, because paying at the top end of salaries does not help us on our mission to offer cheaper, fair, sustainable power to the masses whilst looking after the most vulnerable.
I am sorry to hear how you feel regarding the benefits that we offer. Whilst we may not offer 'traditional benefits' like healthcare and dental, we do have our employee stock options, fully stocked offices, flexible working, EV salary sacrifice, unlimited annual leave and lots of other things!
