      Cons

      - There seems to be a tendency for excessive self-promotion, which may suggest underlying issues. - There is a lack of transparency regarding salaries and responsibilities. Discussions about compensation are strongly discouraged, raising concerns about potential undisclosed issues.

      Pros

      Good culture and remote working with the team is easy; it's the norm for a lot of engineers. A good work/ life balance is encouraged. There are plenty of ongoing development and career opportunities available with the company.

      There aren't any cons for me.

      A great place to work

      Pros

      Great benfits, notably 'unlimited' annual leave (within reason), flexible remote/hyrbid/work abroad options, great range of modern offices across the globe, automatic minimum pay review in line with inflation done annually, fizzy water office taps. Great culture and work life balance, both in smaller teams and company as a whole, although as always there is some variance depending on what team you end up in. A company actually making a difference to a global issue while also encouraging and supporting D&I as well as employees who live with disabilities.

      Cons

      Rapid growth from start up to industry leader has left some teams getting sidelined and made it hard to understand career progression. Upper management have begun implementing plans to address this earlier in 2024, so hopefully this improves. As a UK market leader, pay could be more inline with similar sized/performing tech companies, but isn't terrible.
