Pros

- The people are friendly, patient, and smart. They care about the mission - The company is scaling massively and fast - You have heaps of autonomy, creativity, as long as you get your work done

Cons

- Everyone is crazy busy. It's hard to get cross-team efforts going - Ownership of some things can fall through the gaps - Not a huge culture of doing retros, so we miss out on learning sometimes - Management can be really variable. People aren't given a lot of training

Forward thinking company. Great CEO and engaged leadership teams. Clearly appreciates diversity in all its forms. Lively and engaged culture All the usual tech company positives (shiny equipment, nice offices, good amenities etc)

Cons

Hasn't really shifted from start up - still operates as though there's a small team of engineers engaged on a passion project. Pay transparency and overall approach is a bit awkward - it feels like we're expected to not broach the subject or be concerned about pay in general. Complete lack of processes - can be good, but relies on an a person doing a thing which is usually not defined
