Pros

Salary and Infrastructure is a little better compared to Market

Cons

1. MBM principles are at the core this company. More like a Cult. People talk long about it for hours in the meetings but nobody really follows a bit of it. Leaders will talk about Respect, Integrity and what not all the time but nobody really cares at the end of it. 2. Expectations are always unrealistic without any support from supervisors. MBM is often the excuse of their inability to push back. 3. Management is mostly US driven. Decision rights aren't provided or utilised. 4. Long work hours. Can go upto 14-15 hours on a busy day. No OT or additional benifits. Always understaffed and Management in India doesn't have authority to hire unless US leadership gives an approval. It can take Months for that to happen. (After literally begging for it) 5. They CAN have a good culture and they DID in the initial days but now most leaders act like GODS. 6. People being denied for company provided ergonomics due to covid induced WFH. 7. 3 months Notice Period (seriously?)

Pros

Company as a whole seems very solid. Great Principles with a rich history that allows adults to be adults. Believing in the skills of those they've hired.

Cons

I am not going to go into detail about the department or position I was apart of. It's a very small piece of their business but makes a very big impact. So I'll keep it vague in that regard.... They're training was like being dropped off in a foreign forest with survival supplies and no instructions. Things were going well honestly until I was Let go by a director 6 weeks into training. Up to that point it was only going through Principle Based Management and shadowing opportunities. I was let go a week before thanksgiving 6 weeks into training, Feedback was I didn't ask enough questions and I missed an email from someone who sits two desks down from me but refused to engage in any personal conversation. Not a "Hey, I sent you an email, can you check it out?" Keep in mind I'm CC'd on 80 emails a day that don't apply to me because I am just shadowing at this point. Koch as a company seems like they have a good overall culture, BE AWARE of certain departments.... ESPECIALLY if they voice that it's been hard to find people or if they've had a lot of turn over. I went through 5 interviews... To be fired 6 weeks into training without the ability to demonstrate any skills and no type of negligence or going against policy is MINDBLOWING. Still shocked by it all, but honestly this is probably better. I didn't feel like I could be me in the position I was in. Everything was stiff necked and no personality at all. I'm sad at the fact that I was FIRED right before the holidays... First time I've ever been fired/let go...

Worst company to work with

Pros

I don't see any good reason to work with this company other than salary.

Cons

Senior India Management is horrible. No one in this organization will support their employees. It is literally painful to work with such a worst company. Worst culture and no work life balance. You will not get any respect. The decisions are taking by one single person from the management side. They don't care when a person leave and will not take any step to retain the people. Will speak only about Koch principles but in the ground nothing you can see. It is literally like a private company where they will squeeze their employees and will throw out from the organization when they don't want them. Before joining this company please think once and take the wise decision
