      Pros

      Initial Hike is high as people are desperate to hire and fill positions so all lies are shared to trap candidates

      Cons

      Poor Site leadership, unhealthy politics, forced terminations of employees where leaders block a room and ask employee to resign without cause. Poor and incapable HR leader. Extremely unstable environment, no job security. Multiple terminations possibly because of cost but not talked about openly and sited reason is unknown. No focus on long term vision. Using culture to push people out by giving false reasons. poor place for women candidates. No flexibility. Site is run like a personal home of the leader and does whatever they please. Job security is zero. Work life balance is nil.

      -MBM has some great ideas and does create a collaborative culture -Lots of advantages and mobility options -Ability to create your own path of success

      Cons

      -Fast paced -Always busy, not a ton of down time for training -Compensation adjustments do not happen as frequently
