      Pros

      Competitive pay and benefits. Fun work environment.

      Cons

      Only allowed to work remotely 2 days a month. Some managers make exceptions to this, others will not. Some allow multiple people from the same team to work remotely on the same day, others only allow 1 person (good luck getting a Friday).

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Solely on a pace basis, the work isn’t as stressful as other kinds of industries. The plant isn’t the middle of nowhere.

      Cons

      The work IS stressful because of the childish politics in the company. You spend more than half your day Covering Your Behind.. The MBM philosophy talks of “Innovation”, yet this company is so Change Averse, and quick to blame on mistakes. There’s little focus on lessons learned and new ways to rectify things, the focus is on Who’s Fault Is It ?

      wichita is a nice community and campus is safe
