      Pros

      The benefits what this company gives, I haven't seen any other company providing such a huge amount of insurance plans. In terms of salary best in standards. Additional benefits of shift allowance and fuel allowance is fantastic. Management is super supportive and very encouraging

      Gives money at joining Infrastructure is good Micromanagement

      Politics No job security Manager level biased, arrogant, they think they are owner of company. MBM principal only in good profit book, not applicable to manager level..only for resource. No value to junior resources... No value to technical or domain knowledge Higher management value only who lick there...

      Pros

      While Koch has been this almost quiet giant in the tech landscape they are on the edge of major transformation. I started here thinking I was coming to work for a large global company. Job security,lots of opportunity etc... but what I have uncovered is that there is like a start up mentality even within this behemoth that has allowed for me personally to dive in and tackle challenges I would never have had the chance to in a top down type environment. It is like an Entrepreneurs corporate haven.

      Cons

      Like any large company, many moving parts and with multiple companies within the company layers can make shared efforts across multiple companies go slower.
