      Great culture, awesome work enviroment for high acheivers, great pay, great benifits

      Cons

      The work enviroments vary greatly between company and department. Some departments are Incredible to work for and other stink. But this variety does make a place for everyone so if you dont like your team then find another one because its a great company to work for.

      Have really enjoyed working at Koch. Lot's of opportunities, and you get to meet and work with people all over the world.

      Of late, lots of management restructuring.
