Culture - PBM makes you grow as a professional and as a person. Large company - lots of internal opportunities if you are willing to relocate to one of the hubs. Great learning resources - incredible amount of information easily available, as well as training and development sessions and tools,

Cons

Reducing number of opportunities for remote jobs. No annual bonus defined. There are some bonus options, but it's not competitive as in the market.

some times supervisors are so busy it feels like they are too disconnected from the daily work that their employees are doing
