      Pros

      Koch itself is a fantastic company to work for. Good office facilities. There is a strong culture focused on employee growth and mutual benefit. Koch is large, so this does not necessarily apply to all of its subsidiaries.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance. Below average compensation relative to market. In 2025 pay packages are 20 to 30% below London market rates. Toxic management and communication style exclusive to this office. Zero benefits on top of base compensation (do not expect lunches, social events, or gym membership.) Extremely competitive between teams, frequently results in value destroying lack of cooperation. No proven upward mobility within the business since 2020. Continues to lay off staff, causing workload to backslide onto the dwindling resources.

      A few nice people work there.

      Cons

      Expect to be on call twice per month during nights and weekends. Do not expect to have a work-life balance. Do not expect people to be friendly. Expect to be asked to do things like mow the lawn in addition to your professional duties because that is how Koch treats some people. Do expect your manager to exhibit bullying behavior, lie to you (beginning at time of interview) and cheat you out of raises and bonuses. You will never feel any happier than when you finally walk away! I would not recommend working for Koch to the worst person on this planet!!!

      Pros

      Culture - PBM makes you grow as a professional and as a person. Large company - lots of internal opportunities if you are willing to relocate to one of the hubs. Great learning resources - incredible amount of information easily available, as well as training and development sessions and tools,

      Cons

      Reducing number of opportunities for remote jobs. No annual bonus defined. There are some bonus options, but it's not competitive as in the market.
