Climate controlled shop, Cafeteria open for breakfast & lunch, $2. an hr. shift differential.

Cons

Alot of the people with the knowledge of the jobs are retiring.

The company has great benefits, good salary. It is a very young company with the workforce. I think there is a lot of oppurtunties.

Cons

This company can be very conservative. If you are not that type of person you will not make it in this company.
