      Pros

      Always busy, solid company, no lay offs with plenty of opportunities to get over time. Good 401k matching dollar for dollar up to 6%.

      Cons

      Low wages, no bonuses. HE department was iffy at best. Need a raise schedule with clear goals. I went 5 years without a raise and didn't know what else I needed to do to advance.

      Good people, strong pay for the industry, benefits are very very good . Can move around in the company as well as the Koch umbrella

      Cons

      Can be a stressful environment depending on the role and time of year with regards to produce season vs non produce season in terms of capacity.
