We appreciate the feedback! As noted, our culture is what we feel makes us successful and what our employees enjoy about working here. So that is great to hear you experienced the same! We absolutely can see how coming in as an intern for a short period it can be hard to see the bigger technology landscape. It is because of new talent like yourself coming in that we continue to get challenged on how fast we move and what technology we are implementing. We have a number of enterprise-wide initiatives around Cloud, IoT, collaboration tools and mobile...lots of mobile! Our hope is to move faster going forward and continue to invest in technology. Thank you for sharing your thoughts! We value our employees and we need you to help us find ways to improve. I see the comment on the progression plan, and with a company like Koch where change is always occurring and career development is very individually focused and not predetermined, the unknown can cause some unease! I would encourage you to take ownership of your career, reach out to your leadership, HR contacts and peers to help you find ways to continue to grow.
