      Pros

      Great vacation and sick time benefits. Highly interactive environment with not only customers but all other employees. Opportunities for lateral movement are always there to learn new skill sets.

      Cons

      Very challenging desks with the amount of work expected to be done in a days time. A lot of the time it is in realistic for the quality that is asked for. Follow through on giving assistance is slow or does not happen like told
