      Pros

      Company is focused on doing the right thing always, love the guiding principles that all employees are held to. Value your contributions with pay. Work hard and make a difference/provide value, you will be rewarded.

      Cons

      Expect a lot out of their leaders/supervisors which is not a bad thing really in my eyes.

      Pros

      Koch encourages its employees to really own their role, and be an entrepreneur. This helps employees feel ownership over their responsibilities which results in a positive working environment. Is every day perfect? Of course not, but its a company that truly encourages you to do what you love.

      Cons

      Such a large company so it's complicated to learn all of the businesses and what they do. Just takes time.

      Pros

      Koch has a fantastic work environment. Employees are challenged to always be improving, and are valued for their input.

      Cons

      Some of the older supervisors haven't adapted to the new ways of thinking, but those are few and far between.
