      Excellent pay... Professional.... Safety is followed in all environments.... The team works qualities of all work being completed.... Great leadership and planning....selected employees are the top of their crafts

      Type of work that is required.... is for select personal that have experience in tight....elevated... extreme safety awareness at all times... Continually being cautious of surroundindings and other coworkers in each work area, that work is being completed.

      Pros

      Excellent employees and good systems. Opportunities are reasonably good. Movement between the many Koch companies is possible, but best to know someone in the target company.

      Cons

      Wichita is the main hub for upward movement. System is built to maximize shareholder (Koch family) wealth. Nothing wrong with this, but management is stingy to a fault. Bonuses are rare and small when given. This year I hit my targets and my manager told me that I had done a very good job. He was very proud that I had gotten a 6% bonus. Woohoo!
