Rather than using rigid, formulaic pay structures, we attempt to consider what an individual has contributed and reward them based on the long-term value they create. We encourage you to work with your supervisor or HR team to discuss compensation. Thank you for leaving a review.

Pros

Salary credited on time, that’s the only positive. Nothing else worth mentioning.

Cons

This company looks fancy on paper, but inside it’s a circus of politics, favoritism, and fake culture. 1. Leadership = Incompetence + Politics Senior leaders are brought in from failed service companies. They lack skill, hide behind “PBM” slogans, and push personal favorites instead of rewarding merit. If you’re talented, you’re a threat—expect to be sidelined or fired. 2. HR = Puppet Show HR has no backbone. Their job is not to support employees but to execute leadership’s dirty work. They’ll fire people overnight with laughable excuses like “medical emergency.” Job security doesn’t exist here. 3. Work Culture = Fake PBM They keep chanting “Principle Based Management” like a mantra, but in reality, it’s politics, gossip, and favoritism. Hard work means nothing. Survival depends on bootlicking and being in the “good books.” 4. Employee Treatment = Disposable In one year, they kicked out more than 80+ employees. Instead of addressing issues, they force people to quit by denying WFH, manipulating leaves, or isolating them. 5. Growth & Compensation = False Promises Salary hikes are pathetic and uneven. You’ll only get a revision if you escalate or threaten to quit. Otherwise, you’re ignored while new hires are paid more than existing loyal employees. 6. Hiring Process = Trap Interviews are a joke—dragged on for weeks, full of fake promises, and HR ghosting. They lure you with sweet talk, but the reality after joining is the complete opposite.
