      1. You get to work on different tools and technology. 2. Very approachable management. 3. Good projects to work on. 4. People are encouraged to work on new areas and their interests. 5. Decent pay 6. Cab facility and subsidized food. 7. As KTC has recently started, there are lot of growth opportunities.

      Cons

      1. Work timing : 12-9pm is the 'normal' work timings, to make sure it overlaps US work time. 2. As this is newly set up some of the policies needs to be improved wrt to health insurance, leaves etc.

      Pros

      It is easy to get hired, and Atlanta is a nice place to be. Atlanta has good schools, shopping districts, great food. and climate

      Cons

      It's like a monopoly game; you have play the right cards to succeed. Which, in turn, means that tax technical knowledge is completely disregarded, not to mention previous experience.
