      Pros

      You are consistently encouraged to find new ways of getting work done, and you are encouraged to learn and find fulfillment. You are not discouraged from changing roles. This is a huge plus to someone who wants to try out different roles in different fields.

      Cons

      You need to be consistent with MBM Culture. This is not a "con" in my opinion, but not everyone is a good fit for the Koch Culture. If you fit, you love it.

      Pros

      Like the culture, most of the people and pay is decent, benefits are good too.

      Cons

      Lack of commitment to the direction. They talk about putting customers and employees first but fight you and how to get there. Hold on to old ideas and not what employment looks like in the 21st century. In order to attract talent they will need to get more flexible.
