      Salary is fair and on the high end

      Cons

      Culture - they don't practice what they preach Micromanagement (even by people who aren't your manager) No Pay raises - subjective bonuses No work life balance - always getting called when you are on vacation/ sick Says that the team is a "family" and gets upset when you won't share your personal life Director shows favoritism towards employees No room for advancement in Houston office, you have to be in Corporate to be able to move anywhere
