      Full of pros and cons

      Pros

      Never had a hot check and chance of advancement if you play the game.

      Cons

      Get you believing they really do give you raises and bonuses if you work hard and give extra, but most don't see it, especially if you're on salary. Can't complain, they did me OK at the end.

      The culture at Koch is unbeatable. Depending on where you are in the company, i really believe they walk the talk.

      Cons

      Not all leaders are created equal.

      They don't like new people, a lot of long term employees who feel threatened.
