The company provided numerous opportunities for learning and expanding my knowledge base, which was instrumental in my career advancement. One of the most rewarding aspects of working at Kering was the chance to expand my professional network. The company fostered a collaborative culture that encouraged employees to connect and collaborate across different departments and teams. This not only enhanced my understanding of various aspects of the business but also provided valuable insights into different perspectives and approaches to problem-solving.

      While there were many positive aspects to working at this company, one significant challenge was the lack of work-life balance.
