Pros
Very kind people in a personal sense. The Managing Director is extremely kind and involved. Always willing to set aside time and help.
Cons
No one other than the MD is willing to share their time. I understand the business is small, but it felt like my manager was running away from me during my time there. Was also made promises month after month that had never been met.
