Pros

- Competitive salary - 31 days of vacation

Cons

- There is not any team spirit. - Culture around the money and job title. - Very long work days. I heard about people working more than 12h in a day. - High pressure directly from managers and indirectly from colleagues. - Managers don't care about workers as humans. - Lots of toxic people. - Mediocre colleagues. - Managers do not listen your problems, they just assign tasks to you. - Lies everywhere. - Sometime you have to do tasks completely irrelevant to your job position. - The learning platform and courses/events of the company are not taken seriously at all. They prefer you to complete work as a machine rather than learn and improve. - Overall, very bad working atmosphere. Probably, I've forgotten about a few more cons but with those you can draw an idea in your mind. I was happy just two days: the first day and the last day at work. Personally, I think the pros do not compensate the cons.

Pros

This job really pushed me out my comfort zone, by working in different projects in many industries. I liked the high standards and the opportunity to learn from top executives. I liked a lot the team dynamics, we had a lot of pressure but even if this is counter-intuitive there was a great team building too.

Cons

You live constantly under pressure, so you have to be very good at handling it or just leave this type of role. Plus it really is very demanding, so there may be life balance issues. You need to take this into account when taking the role.
