      Pros

      Lots of time off, 25 days to start. Organized performance measurment system. Large organization with many growth opportunities. They give you the tools to perform your job.

      Cons

      Your a just a cog in a big machine. You won't feel valued. They had a great rewards system, called Encore, but have not given any awards in two years. There are two kinds of people at KPMG, the ones who have been there a long time and won't help you and the ones who have only been there a few years and work very hard.

      Pros

      I found the audit practice to be a good way to gain experience across differing industries and to see many specific business functions through the course of audit work. It helped me see firsthand which types of jobs and what companies I might consider working for the in the future. Definitely improved my communication and presentation skills.

      Cons

      Excessive work hours (that were not justified based on how much audit work needed to be done). Boredom and lack of work outside of the busy season time frame. Hire and fire assembly line atmosphere. Fake corporate environment.

      High expecations with limited time of performance Compensation may not alwasy be the greatest Greater responsibilities for lower levels Massive work-times during peak seasons
