      Pros

      Great benefits; information exchange; Professional development training and opportunities. The Firm made it through rough times and, in my opinion, came out a better firm.

      Cons

      At times, it seemed that only those who were in with the "in crowd" were able to make it. Office culture varied greatly.

      Pros

      As at any of BIG4 Auditors: - career advancement is clear and constant - colleagues are younger than in other places and generally very easy to interact with - full access to the relevant knowledge base, opportunities for professional certification are also provided by th? employer Particularly at KPMG: - overtime is "reimbursed" with additional days of paid vacation - salary (at least for entry position) is always maintained on- or above the level in PWC, Delloitte or E&Y

      Cons

      As at any of BIG4 Auditors: - long hours during the busy season - dependence on particular project's conditions (time boundaries/who is the manager/who is your in-charge) in relation to "how difficult it will be for you personally" - not very entertaining (accountancy, huh)
