I wanted to write a few thoughts as I see they are rehiring. These are facts for you reader to take into account before applying. - All senior leadership has been moved to sister brand OpenTable in the last 6 months. This is the prospect that you'll encounter, a brand which is in decline and whose puppeteers are shifting resources towards the brand that has a future. - People with no or very little experience has been entrusted in leadership roles. I anticipate it will not be inspiring, nor the roles will have a true impact. - The way they've treated people pre - during pandemic showed the little humility and respect they have for their employees. Random firings and reorgs, undeserved promotions or poor communication when some were left in leave during COVID. - Lastly, GOOGLE, deserves capital letters as it keeps eating their share of the pie yet they KAYAK has not innovated.
