      Pros

      Work From Almost Anywhere policy (WFAA) - work from home every day of the week or come in a few times a week. Or work from a different country (as long as you stick to the laws regarding taxation and working abroad and are able to communicate with your team when they are awake)

      It's a big organization which means that new ideas can be slow to implement

      Pros

      I didn't know it was possible to love logging in every day. I get to work on a team that I can lean into that challenges me and makes me better in my role. The hard benefits are as great as the soft ones.

      Cons

      It would be nice to see more cross collaboration between teams/brands.
