Pros

-Part-time and few hours make for an easy work/life balance -Better pay compared to most language academies -Paperwork with respect student permits done for you (or mostly) -Great for learning Spanish or completing a degree while trying to pay rent

Cons

-Absolutely no organization or communication between schools and Junta -No possibilities for advancement -No possibilities for residency after completing several years of work (the position is treated as a grant for learning Spanish, not actual work- which it is)
