Pros

You have a good salary and two months summer holidays which are also well-paid. You can also enjoy Christmas and Easter holidays.

Cons

If you have only an internship position and not of a civil servant, it is difficult to have stability working at the same school, the standart one-year contract is renewable, but there is no garantie that you will be allowed to stay at the same location.
