      Pros

      Lax schedule, great teams, and interesting projects. Pay is reasonable, and opportunities are prevalent.

      Cons

      Mentoring doesn't really come to you unless you actively pursue the person, time off is not very good, and open concept style is not very good for certain aspects of the job.

      Pros

      Decent pay... Bonus some years and some not. We had fun but you can make more at other places. Work-life not bad mostly 9-5

      Cons

      People leaving a lot... It takes a while for them to replace so you end up working two jobs being paid for one.
