      Pros

      Big company with all the politics, culture, and benefits. Works hard to deliver a good benefit package for employees.

      Cons

      Good old boy network. This is what Johnson Controls is all about. Management upper and middle it seems is simply looking out for their own agenda and career. Looks like the trend of current reviews fostered by HR is to paint a positive spin...obvious..challenge If you are manager and can make a good spreadsheet and numbers happen you will have a position. Not an environment from observations to foster unique technology talent. Then again, it not about this it seems..but protecting your cushy position. Hang out...show up...collect a six figure pay..who the else cares. Organization is so dis-functional...that no entity is monitoring.

      Pockets of Excellence in Seating Division in NA. Strengths includes Metals & Mechanisms, Keiper and a select few of the Customer Business Units. Mexican Operations for Cut/Sew as well as Metals and Interiors Injection Molding/Assembly facilities have retained the World Class Core Values of the company JCI once was Globally.

      The JCI Leadership Culture struggled to take hold or thrive in the JCIM Interiors Division/Plastech. Poor onboarding and deployment of systems into Plastech. Top performning plants have been sold,
