      Pros

      I was part of a team that initiated improvements within Johnson Controls. I was compensated accordingly, and the management treated non-management staff with respect. Johnson Controls provided safe equipment or reimbursed us for the safety equipment we purchased. They made me fell like a valued employee.

      Cons

      In such a large corporation, you don't get face to face time with people. This can make it more difficult to have good working relationships.

      Pros

      The job opportunities are endless if you put in the work and know how to network.

      Cons

      Change, change, change, and then change it again. They don’t know how to allow perfectly good policies and procedures to take hold and create positive growth and consistency. The Ethics policy is just that …. a policy. It is apparently does not apply to upper management, who use only when it suits their needs.
