Good Benefits, professional HR department, Good safety program

Cons

They have tried to become the most sophisticated Facility Maintenance provider in the word and have numerous programs to do it. Problem is everything seems to be based on Excel....gather tons of info...but extracting the information becomes a time consuming endeavor and we all spend our time on the computer and not managing the buildings... Low bidders don't have the staffing necessary to provide such grandiose schemes...

I worked with a small software development team in Connecticut. The team was truly agile, almost every member of the team worked remote, however this did not affect the work culture at all, we were one cohesive team. Every member of the team was well experienced, and had different areas of focus and strength, and was open with sharing their strengths with the rest of the team. The work culture of the team was excellent, ethics of the broader company was great.
