confusing loyalty for competency

OK culture, lots of people have been there a long time, long history, penetration into different industrial verticals

Cons

management especially in Asia are not sure of what they want to accomplish, lots of positioning & talk but not much action, company is being carried by a handful of senior experienced technical folks, once they retire, it will be a challenge to capture their knowledge. plenty of talk about innovation and change, all lip service with nothing really changing.

Good exposititon for challenges, push their employees in the bussines goals. Strong vision of bussines. Good salaries at corporative. Keep on way to improve work ambient

Cons

Production plant arevery different to corporative salaries. Poor oportunity of promotions with out "goodfather". Not so good balance work-life.
