Pros

3 weeks vacation to start with unlimited sick days as a salaried employee. Bonus is great roughly $5k my first year with the opportunity to earn more.i left a competitor that was giving a maximum for my position of $4K.

Cons

Benefits are not as great as previous employee which gave 3K for a single person and 6K for married. 401k is not as great as last employer either 75% of up to 6% match. Longer hours after work and weekends are a must to keep up with work flow.

Pros

Johnson Controls is a great place to learn and develop your skills in the HVAC industry. It is a large company (fortune 100) with training and online resources readily available to thrive in the industry. A lot of the processes are already established making it easy to jump in line and perform your respective job duties.

Cons

Johnson Controls is ever changing, sometimes too quickly! It is great to be with a company that supports change and adapts to the market however, changing to often leads to frustration and confusion.
