Pros

A good place to be for carrier driven enthusiastic (sales orientated ) people who can surround them self with good employees who would do the job for them. Loads of interesting opportunities for can-do attitude approach employees

Cons

As an engineering company seems like they are missing the point, all improvement initiatives are all about the sales, conversions, leads, opportunities but the delivery side if things are left behind with experienced employees leaving or retiring long term outlook is not great.
